These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PatternDraw application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

2. Your Data

We do not collect any personal data or content from your use of the App. All your work is stored locally on your device.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

4. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
